Blogfinanzierung über Crowdfunding

Das englischsprachige Blog aus Berlin Siliconallee.com wendet sich an eine Corwdfunding-Kampagne auf Indiegogo um seine Finanzierung zu sichern. Thematisch beschäftigt sich die Seite vor allem mit der Start-Up und Investorszene in der Hauptstadt. Über die Kampagne wollen sie folgende Ziele erreichen:

  • €7,500 to expand the editorial team by uncovering the best freelance content out there. Ultimately, we are going to take on two more journalists full time – this is a great chance for us to find them.
  • €7,500 to establish new events following on the success of our breakfast meet up, including a major international hackathon.
  • €5,000 to create an authoritative directory of the startup scene in Berlin – the companies, the people, the deals. In addition, this section will include a series of How To guides for entrepreneurs.
  • €5,000 to organise job fairs to enable startups to tap into the vast recruiting possibilities in Berlin’s universities and further afield.

In wiefern ihr Ziel von 25.000 € dabei realistisch erscheint ist eine andere Frage, mit noch 16 Tagen Laufzeit steht der Spendenstand momentan bei 1.300 €, doch zum Glück zahlt Indiegogo, anders als Kickstarter & Co., das gesammelte Geld aus, egal ob man sein Ziel erreicht oder nicht.
